Humanity Stands At Crossroad 2019: 9/11 Truth Or World War III?

by Jerry Alatalo

ravel around the Earth in the new year 2019, put the following assertion to people in various nations and regions, and responses will range from total confusion and befuddlement to full awareness and agreement. The assertion is that humanity faces in 2019 the simple yet immeasurably important choice of either embracing the effort to uncover the truth of 9/11 or experiencing the horror of World War III.

The choice of working to get at the brutal truth of what transpired on September 11, 2001, commonly spoken of as the “day that changed everything”, has emerged after the legal team comprising the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry took steps leading to the future implementation of a Special Grand Jury process – to assess evidence of explosives being used to crash New York’s World Trade Center Towers 1, 2 and 7 on 9/11.

For millions around the world already firmly convinced that 9/11 was what is increasingly recognized as a “false flag event”, the Lawyers’ Committee’s successful push for the Special Grand Jury represents metaphorically a legal document which has been written with all the necessary provisions and terms thought out and placed correctly, with the only remaining step (the Grand Jury process, presentation of evidence) being the signing of names and dating.

The top concern for many supporters of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry is that World War III becomes initiated before the 9/11 Special Grand Jury have the opportunity to do its immeasurably vital work: exposing the horrific-but-necessary truth that the world on September 11, 2001 witnessed the largest covert military false flag operation of the 21st century – arguably in all of human history.

Imagining the choice humanity faces in 2019 – between 9/11 truth and world war – as a minds-eye viewing of two gigantic dams filled to near-overflow might offer a way of fully appreciating the current sobering reality. Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry might be perceived as the water flowing into the dam of 9/11 truth, historically poised to overflow and destroy the wall of lies which have persisted for more than (17) years.

The other choice humanity faces, the other dam ready to burst, might be perceived as the water flowing into the rising-tension tide world war scenario, represented by those individuals responsible for directing the planning, logistics and carrying out of the massive crimes on 9/11, along with the criminal wars of aggression across (17) years the false flag psychological operation was precisely engineered to facilitate.

From that imagined perspective humanity now must choose which “dam” to destroy. Destroy the Big Lie of 9/11 and the result is destruction of the potential for world war. Observing that negative world events, circumstances and realities on the ground of a military nature have been criminally advocated based on false, devious foundations birthed or created on September 11, the simple truth is that factual science revealing what happened obliterates those false foundations and the co-existent immoral, continuing excuses for prolongation of “endless war”.

Therefore … the successful, continuing efforts of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry is our choice for Top International Story of 2018.

_______

n these times of uncertainty and concern over unsettled international relations on Earth, particularly relations between East and West, greater understanding between the people is vital to establish peace. Increased awareness and understanding of views from all sides of major debated issues is important, in that more beneficial actions and resulting outcomes become possible.

American editor and writer Norman Cousins (1912-1990), in his 1953 book titled “Who Speaks For Man?”, wrote: “War is an invention of the human mind. The human mind can invent peace.” May the high spirit and power of Norman Cousins’ wise words now flood the Earth.

“If we look at the trends for development in the world, then it’s best to have Russia as your ally. We’re a great power. Nobody likes competition. Competitors are kept at bay – but I think in the long run, we will win. Few expected that we would act so quickly, decisively, boldly. I have some very good anchors – those anchors are the interests of the Russian Federation and its people.”

“World Order – 2018”

amburg, Tehran, Beijing, Paris, Moscow; difficult, sometimes very difficult negotiations … Press conferences, flights – our crew have filmed the President on business trips for over a year … Working with various kinds of people; allies and opponents, politicians and diplomats; the interests of Russia, the interests of the world; principles and contradictions. Everything is as usual – handshakes, photos; 1-on-1 meetings, or in teams … Speaking with journalists.

What happens behind closed doors? What does it take to achieve each new step toward mutual understanding? When he has a chance, Putin answers our questions, explains the logic behind his decisions. Everything that has taken place over the past few years – the difficult search for agreement between different peoples, leaders, states.

“Vladimir Vladimirovich: Who makes Russian foreign policy? Is it you, or is there a team of people? Are there dominant figures, or are they inclined toward various forms of dialogue? How does it happen in the context of daily changing situations?

“You want me to reveal all the secrets?

“That would be very interesting!

“I think it would be wrong. It’s a sacred thing. But you described it as it is – there are different points of view in our teams; different approaches, different proposals. Shall we do it like this or like that? There are times when we are in full agreement – for example during the events in Crimea. But it happens differently more often – discussions, exchange of opinion, but in the end I have to make a final decision. It can’t be any other way…

“The burden of power!

“Well, burden or not, it’s a responsibility. Once a decision is taken, then everyone works to make it happen.”

U.S. Congress, Trump Ignore Truth On William Browder, Magnitsky Act.

By Jerry Alatalo

William Browder’s 7-hour deposition on April 15, 2015 uncovered many disturbing facts about his narrative of events as they relate to the death of Sergei Magnitsky, for whom the Magnitsky Act was named.

hen the truth about William Browder becomes revealed it will become necessary to rescind, abolish or otherwise get rid of the dangerous U.S.-Russia relations-destroying, lawmaking disaster titled the Magnitsky Act. That is because the Magnitsky Act, along with comparable legislation in Canada and some European Union nations, was founded upon a historic-magnitude lie about the demise of Sergei Magnitsky.

The continuing irresolution of what really happened to Sergei Magnitsky, the circumstances surrounding his incarceration and eventual tragic death, and the highly conflicting narratives coming from the Russian government and former Russian hedge fund operator William Browder has contributed to worsening relations between the governments of the U.S. and the Russian Federation. Unless and until the conflicting narratives become resolved to the point where the full and certain truth becomes revealed, a very serious, unhealthy, irrational and potentially dangerous situation between the two nuclear-armed nations will persist. The controversy must become resolved, making it necessary to finally get to the bottom of the matter, and as rapidly as possible.

The Russian government asserts William Browder is guilty of breaking Russian tax laws, that Sergei Magnitsky was Mr. Browder’s accountant and co-conspirator in tax evasion schemes, Mr. Magnitsky died of complications from pancreatitis while in prison exacerbated by poor medical care conditions in Russian jails and prisons, while placing William Browder on Interpol’s wanted list after convicting him of tax evasion in absentia, after Mr. Browder left Russia for the United Kingdom in 2005.

William Browder asserts Sergei Magnitsky was his lawyer despite – in Mr. Browder’s own words given in an April 2015 deposition lasting 7-hours in the U.S. – Mr. Magnitsky having never studied law or achieved a law degree. Mr. Browder has stated on many occasions that he chose Mr. Magnitsky as his counsel because he was one of Russia’s brightest and most able lawyers. Browder’s narrative claims Magnitsky suffered torture and was eventually murdered in prison because Magnitsky had discovered an alleged corrupt organization of conspirators including inside-the-government law enforcement and tax officials which had stolen Browder’s companies, and then criminally arranged for receipt of a fraudulent tax rebate totaling some $230 million.

The documentary film “Magnitsky Act: Behind the Scenes” by Russian director Andrei Nekrasov – ironically, who had previously been a critic of Vladimir Putin – has been effectively blacked out or censored in America and Europe. Director Nekrasov began the film project holding the belief that William Browder was telling the truth, but as Nekrasov proceeded with his research and production he came to find that Browder’s narrative was and remains a lie, the Russian government’s account of events is true, and therefore the Magnitsky Act was constructed on a false foundation.

William Browder’s 7-hour deposition from April 2015 was obtained by Lee Stranahan and Garland Nixon, co-hosts of “Fault Lines” on Sputnik media, and published/posted in 6-parts at Mr. Stranahan’s populist.tv channel on YouTube in early January 2018. Mr. Stranahan and Mr. Nixon – remarkably, a rare media co-host team with one a Donald Trump supporter and the other a Bernie Sanders supporter – have interviewed director Andrei Nekrasov and author/hedge fund manager from Monaco, Alex Krainer. Mr. Krainer is the author of “The Killing of William Browder”, where the author effectively takes apart William Browder’s highly sophisticated and manipulative deceptions. The book was originally available on Amazon before being taken down in a rare act of literary censorship, the silencing event occurring after pressure became exerted to do so by William Browder’s legal team.

It is vitally important that William F. Browder be exposed to humanity as the highest level confidence man and corrupt financier he is for the obvious reasons. It is equally vital to expose the ultra-powerful forces who’ve arranged – thus far – to both enable his continuing deception and, more importantly, the continued existence of the ill-founded, massively unjust, and extremely dangerous Magnitsky Act.

A Plea to Reinforce Peace: Calling for Activation of the International Criminal Court’s Exercise of Jurisdiction over the Crime of Aggression

(Cross-posted from Coalition for the International Criminal Court)

By Jutta F. Bertram-Nothnagel September 2017

The long-awaited decision by the Assembly of States Parties to enable the International Criminal Court’s exercise of jurisdiction over the crime of aggression is urgently needed and cannot happen soon enough. As spelled out with more detail by article 8 of the Rome Statute, the crime is committed by a person in a position effectively to control or to direct the political or military action of a State and requires the planning, preparation, initiation or execution of a State act of aggression which, by its gravity, character and scale, amounts to a manifest violation of the Charter of the United Nations: The armed force of a State is unleashed upon another State with no justification in sight. Not at all in the defense of a country, not at all in the defense of a people, but in the service of a crime that cries to heaven, soldiers are ordered to shoot and bomb a made-up ‘enemy’. Without good cause under the law of nations, they are misused as tools of the crime and turned into its cannon fodder.

Heroism and comradeship are exploited for hypocrisy and the expansion of power. The victim State is trampled, its territorial integrity, sovereignty and political independence smashed into conceptual smithereens. Lives are ruined and families decimated. The human right to peace must not be recognized! Freedom is the freedom of the aggressor. Nightmares keep morphing into relentless reality, – See Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (last amended 2010), art. 15 bis (3), 15 ter (3); see also Resolution RC/Res.6 of the Review Conference of the Rome Statute, pp 6. “Nightmares keep morphing into relentless reality, – combatants returning in wheel chairs or body bags, sailors sunk in the oceans, pilots ripped from the skies, and civilians sacrificed and euphemized as ‘collateral damage’ ”.  Instead of laughter from fields and gardens, last prayers from ditches and rubble. All ‘normal’ war, – no war crimes necessary!

The degradation and slaughter of body and soul violate human dignity to its very core. The urgency for activating the Court’s authority over the crime can scarcely be exaggerated. Everything possible must be done, and must be done now, to prevent crimes of aggression. First, the world is faced with catastrophic threats to its environmental, social and economic sustainability, requiring global cooperation to address them. Each armed conflict disrupts such cooperation. Second, we are sitting on the most horrific powder keg of all times. Since the dawn of the age of nuclear weapons, the numbers of civilian deaths argued to be proportionate to military objectives and thus acceptable ‘collateral damage’ has crept up into the unfathomable. We are talking crimes against humanity that make the devil blush.
