Global Peace and Security: World Leaders Betray the Canons of Truth, Wisdom and Humanity

Today’s Political World at a Glance

6 Jul 2019 – Global politics is overwhelmingly becoming robotic when question of safeguard of the mankind comes up. Global political leaders are fast becoming actors on stage – issuing abstract statements of outrage and phony sense of grief when thousands and millions of human lives are constantly bombarded by the weapons they manufacture and sell to crush the human soul and to support the war economies. The UNO and its Secretary General and the UN Security Council – all are just debating clubs engaged in time killing exercises to deceive the mankind and to betray the ideals of the Charter to “safeguard the humanity from the scourge of wars.” Many top UN officials are paid employees with no sense of accountability to the global community.

The reality of man-made catastrophic conflicts enhanced by national interests and war-led economies are ingrained in the war racketeering plans across the globe. The 21st century knowledge-based informed mankind is the net victim of the global political monsters. Millions of human beings are forcibly displaced, evicted by plans and charcoaled by forbidden chemical weapons across the Middle East yet; most global leaders do nothing to prevent the aggressive catastrophes except statements of fake ‘outrage’ reaction as if others were inhuman casualties. We are witnessing abnormal political culture of human bloodbath as being normal.

The global community – a divided and dispersed mankind is unable to challenge the war racketeers and global hangmen who claim to be political leaders. They are egoistic professionals with big mouth without wisdom and full of self-engineered false democratic clichés, contradictions, distortions and misrepresentation of the rights of common citizens in modern democracies. These are frightening trends for the present and future generations to survive. Most of the economically influential actors occupy the political platforms – either through backdoor conspiracies or entrenched political intrigues.

They profess to be intelligent and outspoken for the rights of the people but in reality are offensive to truth and listening to voices of reason and honesty. How do we call for a balancing act in a world terribly imbalanced by nationalism, political and economic ideologies of supremacy and shallow imaginations and practices of human equality, human rights, peace and harmony amongst all the diverse segments of the living humanity?

We cannot abandon the search for a better and more rational world of systematic mechanism to protect the peace and security of the mankind on this One Planet. We, the People, We the Humanity and conscientious thinkers and scholars must wake-up to the immense sophisticated and technologically advanced challenges to disconnect us from the Nature of Things and to dehumanize us by global scenarios of ethnicities, nationalism, state borders and cultural superiorities and ruling class distinctions. William Godwin (Enquiry Concerning Political Justice and Its Influence on Modern Moral and Happiness, 1793), said it right:

Men of genius must rise up….to analyse the machine of society to demonstrate how the parts are connected together… and point out the defects and remedy. It is thus only that important reforms can be produced…He who is a friend to general happiness will neglect no chance of producing in his pupil or his child, one of the long-looked for saviours of the human race.

Do We, the People, Realize to Be One Humanity on One Earth?

We are One Humanity on One Planet and we have a right to be here in peace and harmony, not in conflicts, not collaborators to kill the mankind and destruction of the human environment and habitats. This will be contrary to our Nature and inhuman if we cannot come to terms with our peaceful co-existence, identity and responsibility being the chief guardians of the living planet in a living Universe.  We, the humanity lives on a balanced Planet – Earth located at a measured distance from the Sun and Moon and other stars.

God created the Universe and blessed it with all functionalities and provisions for life-sustaining factors since millions and billions of years. Do you realize if there was no water, no oxygen or hydrogen and other gases or sun light to support all the living creations – what would have been the shape and form of life on Earth?

Could we the human kind count the blessings of God to maintain life for millions and billions of years on this planet?  All things exist in a mathematical order, whether we recognize it or deny it. So strange, we know all about other material things and scientific – technological developments but we are ignorant and arrogant to learn about our own origin and existence on a living planet. We are born from mother’s tummy – one and the same all over the globe – One Humanity.

2017: The Philosophy Of Sri Aurobindo.

By Jerry Alatalo

“When men are unable to form an idea of distant and unknown things, they judge them by what is familiar and at hand. This axiom explains the inexhaustible source of all the errors about the principles of human nature. These errors are embraced by entire nations and scholars.”

Axiom 2 – Principles of a New Science Concerning the Common Nature of Nations (1720-1725)

– GIOVANNI BATTISTA VICO (1668-1744) Italian jurist, philosopher

aurobindo-11Alphabet If sharing this information results in real positive, healing and beneficial effects for men and women anywhere on Earth, then the goal of this dissemination shall have been attained. For those unfamiliar with the renowned Indian philosopher Sri Aurobindo (1872-1950), this article focuses on his over-1,000 page writing “The Life Divine”, considered by most philosophical scholars as his greatest work.

For time immemorial human beings have raised questions, thought about and tried to describe their ideas on the ultimate meaning of Earthly existence. Such searching becomes particularly present during times of sadness, loss or grief, and at such times the highest works of philosophers through history provide true healing for the soul or spirit.

Philosophy has the following definition:

1. originally, love of wisdom or knowledge. 2. a study of the processes governing thought and conduct; theory or investigation of the principles or laws that regulate the universe and underlie all knowledge and reality: included in the study are aesthetics, ethics, logic, metaphysics, etc. 3. the general principles or laws of a field of knowledge, activity, etc. : as, the philosophy of economics. 4. a) a particular system of principles for the conduct of life. b) a treatise covering such a system. 5. a study of human morals, character, and behavior; hence, 6. the mental balance believed to result from this; calmness; composure.

May coming into contact with “The Life Divine” by Sri Aurobindo help genuinely answer those timeless, ever-present, supremely profound ultimate questions.

Excerpt from “The Life Divine”:

Chapter I

The Human Aspiration

She follows to the goal of those that are passing on beyond, she is the first in the eternal succession of the dawns that are coming,—Usha widens bringing out that which lives, awakening someone who was dead. . . . What is her scope when she harmonises with the dawns that shone out before and those that now must shine? She desires the ancient mornings and fulfils their light; projecting forwards her illumination she enters into communion with the rest that are to come.    Kutsa Angirasa—Rig Veda.

Threefold are those supreme births of this divine force that is in the world, they are true, they are desirable; he moves there wide-overt within the Infinite and shines pure, luminous and fulfilling. . . . That which is immortal in mortals and possessed of the truth, is a god and established inwardly as an energy working out in our divine powers. . . . Become high-uplifted, O Strength, pierce all veils, manifest in us the things of the Godhead.     Vamadeva—Rig Veda.

***

THE EARLIEST preoccupation of man in his awakened thoughts and, as it seems, his inevitable and ultimate preoccupation,—for it survives the longest periods of scepticism and returns after every banishment,—is also the highest which his thought can envisage. It manifests itself in the divination of Godhead, the impulse towards perfection, the search after pure Truth and unmixed Bliss, the sense of a secret immortality.

The ancient dawns of human knowledge have left us their witness to this constant aspiration; today we see a humanity satiated but not satisfied by victorious analysis of the externalities of Nature preparing to return to its primeval longings. The earliest formula of  Wisdom promises to be its last, —God, Light, Freedom, Immortality.

These persistent ideals of the race are at once the contradiction of its normal experience and the affirmation of higher and deeper experiences which are abnormal to humanity and only to be attained, in their organised entirety, by a revolutionary individual effort or an evolutionary general progression.

To know, possess and be the divine being in an animal and egoistic consciousness, to convert our twilit or obscure physical mentality into the plenary supramental illumination, to build peace and a self-existent bliss where there is only a stress of transitory satisfactions besieged by physical pain and emotional suffering, to establish an infinite freedom in a world which presents itself as a group of mechanical necessities, to discover and realise the immortal life in a body subjected to death and constant mutation,—this is offered to us as the manifestation of God in Matter and the goal of Nature in her terrestrial evolution.

To the ordinary material intellect which takes its present organisation of consciousness for the limit of its possibilities, the direct contradiction of the unrealised ideals with the realised fact is a final argument against their validity. But if we take a more deliberate view of the world’s workings, that direct opposition appears rather as part of Nature’s profoundest method and the seal of her completest sanction.

For all problems of existence are essentially problems of harmony. They arise from the perception of an unsolved discord and the instinct of an undiscovered agreement or unity. To rest content with an unsolved discord is possible for the practical and more animal part of man, but impossible for his fully awakened mind, and usually even his practical parts only escape from the general necessity either by shutting out the problem or by accepting a rough, utilitarian and unillumined compromise.

For essentially, all Nature seeks a harmony, life and matter in their own sphere as much as mind in the arrangement of its perceptions. The greater the apparent disorder of the materials offered or the apparent disparateness, even to irreconcilable opposition, of the elements that have to be utilised, the stronger is the spur, and it drives towards a more subtle and puissant (powerful; strong; mighty) order than can normally be the result of a less difficult endeavour.

The accordance of active Life with a material of form in which the condition of activity itself seems to be inertia, is one problem of opposites that Nature has solved and seeks always to solve better with greater complexities; for its perfect solution would be the material immortality of a fully organised mind-supporting animal body.

The accordance of conscious mind and conscious will with a form and a life in themselves not overtly self-conscious and capable at best of a mechanical or subconscious will is another problem of opposites in which she has produced astonishing results and aims always at higher marvels; for there her ultimate miracle would be an animal consciousness no longer seeking but possessed of Truth and Light, with the practical omnipotence which would result from the possession of a direct and perfected knowledge.

Not only, then, is the upward impulse of man towards the accordance of yet higher opposites rational in itself, but it is the only logical completion of a rule and an effort that seem to be a fundamental method of Nature and the very sense of her universal strivings. We speak of the evolution of Life in Matter, the evolution of Mind in Matter; but evolution is a word which merely states the phenomenon without explaining it.

For there seems to be no reason why Life should evolve out of material elements or Mind out of living form, unless we accept the Vedantic solution that Life is already involved in Matter and Mind in Life because in essence Matter is a form of veiled Life, Life a form of veiled Consciousness.

And then there seems to be little objection to a farther step in the series and the admission that mental consciousness may itself be only a form and a veil of higher states which are beyond Mind. In that case, the unconquerable impulse of man towards God, Light, Bliss, Freedom, Immortality presents itself in its right place in the chain as simply the imperative impulse by which Nature is seeking to evolve beyond Mind, and appears to be as natural, true and just as the impulse towards Life which she has planted in certain forms of Matter or the impulse towards Mind which she has planted in certain forms of Life.

As there, so here, the impulse exists more or less obscurely in her different vessels with an ever-ascending series in the power of its will-to-be; as there, so here, it is gradually evolving and bound fully to evolve the necessary organs and faculties.

As the impulse towards Mind ranges from the more sensitive reactions of Life in the metal and the plant up to its full organisation in man, so in man himself there is the same ascending series, the preparation, if nothing more, of a higher and divine life. The animal is a living laboratory in which Nature has, it is said, worked out man.

Man himself may well be a thinking and living laboratory in whom and with whose conscious co-operation she wills to work out the superman, the god. Or shall we not say, rather, to manifest God? For if evolution is the progressive manifestation by Nature of that which slept or worked in her, involved, it is also the overt realisation of that which she secretly is.

We cannot, then, bid her pause at a given stage of her evolution, nor have we the right to condemn with the religionist as perverse and presumptuous or with the rationalist as a disease or hallucination any intention she may evince or effort she may make to go beyond. If it be true that Spirit is involved in Matter and apparent Nature is secret God, then the manifestation of the divine in himself and the realisation of God within and without are the highest and most legitimate aim possible to man upon earth.

Thus the eternal paradox and eternal truth of a divine life in an animal body, an immortal aspiration or reality inhabiting a mortal tenement, a single and universal consciousness representing itself in limited minds and divided egos, a transcendent, indefinable, timeless and spaceless Being who alone renders time and space and cosmos possible, and in all these the higher truth realisable by the lower term, justify themselves to the deliberate reason as well as to the persistent instinct or intuition of mankind.

Attempts are sometimes made to have done finally with questionings which have so often been declared insoluble by logical thought and to persuade men to limit their mental activities to the practical and immediate problems of their material existence in the universe; but such evasions are never permanent in their effect. Mankind returns from them with a more vehement impulse of inquiry or a more violent hunger for an immediate solution.

By that hunger mysticism profits and new religions arise to replace the old that have been destroyed or stripped of significance by a scepticism which itself could not satisfy because, although its business was inquiry, it was unwilling sufficiently to inquire. The attempt to deny or stifle a truth because it is yet obscure in its outward workings and too often represented by obscurantist superstition or a crude faith, is itself a kind of obscurantism.

The will to escape from a cosmic necessity because it is arduous, difficult to justify by immediate tangible results, slow in regulating its operations, must turn out eventually to have been no acceptance of the truth of Nature but a revolt against the secret, mightier will of the great Mother. It is better and more rational to accept what she will not allow us as a race to reject and lift it from the sphere of blind instinct, obscure intuition and random aspiration into the light of reason and an instructed and consciously self-guiding will.

And if there is any higher light of illumined intuition or self-revealing truth which is now in man either obstructed and inoperative or works with intermittent glancings as if from behind a veil or with occasional displays as of the northern lights in our material skies, then there also we need not fear to aspire.

For it is likely that such is the next higher state of consciousness of which Mind is only a form and veil, and through the splendours of that light may lie the path of our progressive self enlargement into whatever highest state is humanity’s ultimate resting-place.

Democracy, Evolution, Science And Spirit.

by Jerry Alatalo

“That our planet is the one and only planet where life has emerged would be a ridiculous assumption… Even if only one in a hundred of the ten billion suitable planets has actually got life well under way, there would be more than 100 million such planets. No, it is presumptuous to think that we are alone.”

– HARLOW SHAPLEY (1885-1972) American astronomer

Galaxy2Alphabet After the people of Greece held their historic referendum and voted “No” to increased austerity measures, many around the world are thinking about what the vote means for not only Greece but for humanity. What was particularly remarkable about the “No” vote, 61% to 39% “Yes”, was that the people of Greece overcame a relentless corporate media campaign meant to instill fear and convince them to vote “yes”, and in so doing provided an amazing example of solidarity-based courage for the rest of humanity.

The referendum in Greece is one illustration among an increasing number of events and situations around the Earth in recent years pointing to positive change or evolution. Some would disagree with the interpretation that humanity is going through rapid change and intensification of evolutionary, beneficial movement. So, those who see what is fundamentally a spiritual evolution occurring before their eyes stand amazed, while those who see the same-old, same-old find little to get excited about. However one analyzes current world events, citizens of Greece taking a stand against historic economic and financial exploitation by small groups of wealthy elites is something that is extraordinary.

The aspect of the Greek referendum which could rightly be described as awe-inspiring is the fact that future Earthly events resulting from the vote may in a relatively short time bring about actions creating a better, more just and fair world which many were firmly convinced “won’t happen in our lifetimes”.  The situation in Greece and the government’s dramatic negotiations over the last months with the so-called Troika have gained/attracted the attention of millions of men and women from all corners of the planet, and in effect has resulted in perhaps the greatest collective education and revealing of how international finance works the world has ever seen.

The extent to which men and women across the Earth have gained awareness and knowledge of economics and finance is huge and unprecedented. Because of that increased awareness, produced with a combination of high interest (pun not intended) and an avalanche of analytical reporting, the belief by people that other economic/banking models besides the “status-quo” are both possible and ready for implementation – plus more fundamentally just and beneficial – has grown in large measure. And as that belief generated by awareness and knowledge grows, so too does the will and intent to universalize good changes.

Most of the Earth’s people wish for the most fair, decent and just economic/financial models available to become implemented. That wish stems from a universally inherent, present-from-birth human quality of compassion for one’s fellow men, women and children, suffering through economic downturn, financial stress, wars and violence, and other less than ideal life situations.

From Daniel Sheehan’s perspective, that compassion is one part of the emergent, evolutionary next step for our human family.

Beyond sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch, humanity is on the brink of discovering, developing and experiencing a 6th faculty, profoundly evolutionary in its essential nature. This 6th faculty in basic terms is the ability to sense/perceive the creation as one unified field where everything is interconnected, and including an automatic knowing of whether actions are in harmony with, or disharmonious to, the universe. Furthermore, science will join with spirituality upon the realization/understanding that human intentions are responsible for manifesting material reality.

Daniel Sheehan is a Harvard Law and Divinity School graduate, and was an attorney working on some of America’s most important legal cases – including the Watergate break-in which led to Richard Nixon’s resignation, the Pentagon Papers leading to a swifter end to the Vietnam War, Iran-Contra during the Reagan-Bush administration, Karen Silkwood’s murder case related to nuclear scandal, journalists’ right to protect confidential sources, and many more. More recently, Mr. Sheehan, in response to unconstitutional provisions of NDAA legislation, has advocated for establishment of “Constitutional Defense Zones” in cities, counties and states across the United States to protect citizens’ constitutional rights.

When Jimmy Carter won the 1976 presidential election, Carter asked then CIA Director (under Gerald Ford) George H.W. Bush for all the information he had on extraterrestrial life and UFOs. Jimmy Carter had admitted to seeing a UFO while Governor of Georgia. Bush told President-elect Carter that he’d accommodate his wish, only if Carter kept Bush on as CIA Director. Carter had someone else in mind, and Bush declined to produce the requested information.

Daniel Sheehan’s legal reputation led to him being asked to contribute to/join Carter’s effort, he accepted, then he was eventually granted, to his surprise, permission to look at and investigate the government’s classified UFO/extraterrestrial information contained in “Project Blue Book”. He entered a room where the materials were on a table, and he describes finding 1950’s photographs of a crashed UFO where Air Force personnel were investigating the crash site. Since then Daniel Sheehan has become more deeply involved in the extraterrestrial issue, to the point of regularly speaking at conferences like the one in the video below from a few months ago.

Scientists estimate that our Milky Way galaxy alone contains 500 million star systems. Scientists estimate around 500 billions of galaxies in the universe, and that each of those 500 billion galaxies contain up to 500 million star systems.

After viewing many of his talks, including 17 nearly 2-hour lectures to students as Professor of World Politics at University of California-Santa Cruz, Mr. Sheehan’s knowledge of history, political events, extraterrestrial/UFO research, and spirituality is absolutely outstanding. Any man or woman interested in learning a large number of often disturbing, often inspiring, little-known facts and revelations about important historical events and conditions will find it difficult to find a better source than Daniel Sheehan. He is one of the world’s most profound thinkers and immensely articulate.

Global Conscious Awakening.

by Jerry Alatalo

aaa-21Alphabet After listening to cardiologist Dr. Pim van Hommel describe his years of recording near death experience (NDE) accounts from patients in the last post, another doctor – Eben Alexander – actually had a near death experience and he, too, wrote a book about it. The book is “Proof of Heaven”, of which some will be familiar as Eben Alexander published it a few years ago and made all the bestseller lists. Came across a fascinating twenty-minute interview of Dr. Eben Alexander and thought it might be interesting and corroborating to contrast the doctor who worked with patients who’d had NDEs and the doctor who had one himself.

Dr. Pim van Hommel and Dr. Eben Alexander share the view that consciousness is not brain-based – Pim van Pimmel coming to that conclusion based on discussions with NDE patients, Eben Alexander from personal experience. So, this is almost (well, it seems obvious) scientific confirmation, in that their agreement involved both utilizing university-degreed knowledge of medicine in an intense, in-depth study of the phenomena. For Eben Alexander, trying to explain what he experienced as brain-based was the first challenge he faced after returning to his body, then recovering his memory, educational knowledge, ability to speak and remember family, friends and colleagues.

It’s interesting that his brain was the organ in his body which became severely attacked by a type of virus and almost killed him, so, because his brain was totally incapacitated, the NDE – the consciousness traveling – couldn’t have been the work of the brain. He admits to being changed initially, but describes how the real, powerful changes occurred when his medical knowledge returned. At that point he became convinced that consciousness, spirit, or soul represents a “grander entity at the basis of all that exists”, and that “our souls are eternal spiritual being(s)”.

He sees himself and the millions of men and women who’ve shared the near death experience as examples of people who’ve come to completely new understandings that eliminate boundaries between science and spirit; who’ve transcended the falsehood of dogmas in both science and religion. Dr. Alexander stresses that he strongly recommends meditation as a “smoother, more powerful” option over drugs for attaining spiritually transcendent experiences, and that drugs should only be used, if at all, in a “sacred setting”. He sees meditation, which he practices for 2-3 hours a day, as a “cleaner” way to go, and warns that drugs “create distortion” while presenting “very challenging landscapes”.

Along with Dr. Pim van Hommel, Dr. Eben Alexander sees the NDE phenomenon as not a new civilization development but very ancient. The doctors also share views on the high significance of oneness and interconnectedness of all people, all life and all things – all of creation:

“All those religious systems, once you get beyond the dogma and any of the separatist details at the surface, (that) they all converge on the same very powerful unifying principles of manifesting the love of the Creator for the creation. And as I said earlier, the ascendance of our souls and soul groups has everything to do with leaving that notion of self – and importance of self versus no-self – way behind in the dust, and ascending toward that oneness and the love and the compassion and forgiveness. And that’s where this world is headed now”.

“The change that’s coming on this world will be unprecedented and it is all about love and harmony. It’s all about how we are now at a point where the status-quo and continuing with the way we’ve done business, especially in the 20th and early 21st century, is not really compatible with an ongoing, sustainable world. This is coming for a reason… the change is coming for a reason. It involves radical, fundamental change of all our beliefs as stewards of this planet. Just as I always make a big point that we have free will choices, going with love or out of fear, I don’t believe it’s our current destiny to follow a course of planetary suicide. But in fact that’s exactly where this world is headed if we do not change the status-quo”.

“That’s why this conscious awakening is happening now – for a reason. But it does involve very significant change and each one of us becoming personally involved”.
