New Film “The Spider’s Web” Exposes Greed-Fueled Corruption Of Global Elites.

by Jerry Alatalo

Producers Of “The Spider’s Web: Britain’s Second Empire” Show The Way.

A film by Michael Oswald – One hour, 18 minutes

he British Empire transformed from a colonial power to a financial power. The global secrecy for the world’s elites began in earnest during the 1960s in the British offshore colony of Cayman Islands, one of many smaller remaining British colonies to eventually host tax-evasion “sweet-spots” for global elites.

The people choosing to hide their money, profits and assets are figures well-known and well-heeled in realms political, business, entertainment, sports, mafia/criminal, etc., for the direct purpose of evading paying their fair share of taxes, as most everyday citizens do. Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) serves as one of the prime historical examples of the fraudulent, criminal, war-making, negative consequential outgrowths of the bank secrecy historical phenomenon.

Trusts as perhaps the major “tool of all tools” for those various elites become discussed during the documentary, while illustrating potentially $50 trillions of dollars in trust assets moved to tax haven jurisdictions, effectively an impenetrable structure for tax officials in nations where the assets originated, due to engineered, intentionally highly complex schemes devised by management and employees at the world’s most powerful accounting, banking and legal companies.

Politicians like former British Prime Minister David Cameron, whose own father hid wealth in tax havens, tell the people of their nations one thing – “We must end tax evasion by establishing 100% transparency” – while in reality no actions are ever subsequently taken to alter or resolve the problem of tax evasion.

This describes a perfect example of individuals “speaking with forked tongue”, illustrated shortly after a major 2013 leak of British Virgin Islands (BVI) banking records received worldwide media coverage, where David Cameron and U.S. President Barack Obama practiced their coordinated, feigned “forked tongues” public outrage charade.

After their public relations joint press event in response to the BVI scandal, neither Cameron nor Obama acted in any substantial ways to diminish or end tax evasion. In other words, five years ago in 2013, Cameron and Obama lied through their teeth. The same goes for the later Panama Papers release, among other revelations.

Men and women who speak out on the $trillion per year global tax evasion industry most often are on the receiving end of harsh retribution, – evolved in manners which are very subtle, but nonetheless, thus far, effective in smashing down the voices of those willing to fight against historic-level corruption fueled by sheer greed.

Like men and women who speak out strongly against other major historically important lies such as the 9/11 deception, the Bill Browder-Magnitsky Act scandal, false flag chemical weapons operations in Syria, etc., taking on the world’s most wealthy and powerful with regard to tax havens is difficult because of complexity surrounding the issue(s) and less-than-ideal public awareness, and so extremely challenging.

Speaking of the 9/11 deception, clearly the most important scandal of the 21st century … after 17 years the men and women of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry have initiated a guaranteed legal path toward uncovering the harsh truth.

Despite Bill Browder and his legal team’s efforts to suppress the truth … found in Andrei Nekrasov’s  brilliant film “The Magnitsky Act: Behind the Scenes”, Alex Krainer’s book “Grand Deception: The Bill Browder Hoax”, and Browder’s shell company records in Cyprus sought by Russian tax officials, the Browder-Magnitsky scandal – a close 2nd behind 9/11 on the list of important stories of the 21st century – is rapidly coming into the awareness of more and more people the world over.

The obstacles to total public awareness of secret, dangerous, harmful actions carried out by the handful comprising the world’s elites for decades are certainly not insurmountable.

The morally-motivated people behind production of “The Spider’s Web: Britain’s Second Empire”, along with men and women working to expose related major historical events and criminal phenomena, are taking concrete, positive action – and leading the way.

Bill Browder And The Magnitsky Act: A Second Look.

ill the heavily suppressed, momentous film by director Andrei Nekrasov win the Academy Award and Oscar for Best Documentary?

Americans will be especially interested in watching Mr. Nekrasov’s journey of profoundly disturbing discovery, as he makes his historical record of events surrounding hedge fund billionaire William (Bill) Browder, his accountant (or “lawyer”, according to Mr. Browder) Sergei Magnitsky, multi-million dollar tax schemes, Russia-U.S. relations, international law – and Russian President Vladimir Putin, who mentioned Mr. Browder by name during the recent press conference with U.S. President Donald Trump in Helsinki, Finland.

See what Western politicians, media companies and journalists are not talking about in “The Magnitsky Act: Behind the Scenes”. One might expect this posting of the film on YouTube to become suppressed and taken down in short order, so after viewing please download the documentary if possible, and/or share widely.

It is reasonable to assert that passage of the Magnitsky Act in the U.S. Congress was the birth of what has become described and recognized as the “New Cold War” between the United States and Russian Federation. The legislation is one of the major factors responsible for Russia-U.S. relations deteriorating to their lowest and most dangerous level in decades.

If what director Andrei Nekrasov conveys in his extraordinarily important, virtually censored/blacked-out film is accurate, – and it seems impossible to refute his astonishing discoveries – repeal of the Magnitsky Act becomes a moral and ethical necessity. The legislation’s repeal becomes inevitable as the law had as its genesis, foundation or basis an enormously elaborate and contrived set of criminal lies.

While director Andrei Nekrasov’s work might not win him the Oscar for best full-length documentary, men and women who watch the film might feel he is certainly deserving of the Academy Award in the non-fiction category. Talk of awards aside, one might need to search long and hard for a documentary film which matches the power, urgency, timeliness and importance of “The Magnitsky Act: Behind the Scenes”.

(Edit: August 1, 2018) The film was once again taken down by YouTube, this time removed much faster, so our recommendation for people wishing to view the film is to go to Bitchute.com.

Clearly, the people at YouTube don’t want the explosive truth about the fraud Bill Browder and the Magnitsky Act disseminated widely.

n these times of uncertainty and concern over unsettled international relations on Earth, particularly relations between East and West, greater understanding between the people is vital to establish peace. Increased awareness and understanding of views from all sides of major debated issues is important, in that more beneficial actions and resulting outcomes become possible.

American editor and writer Norman Cousins (1912-1990), in his 1953 book titled “Who Speaks For Man?”, wrote: “War is an invention of the human mind. The human mind can invent peace.” May the high spirit and power of Norman Cousins’ wise words now flood the Earth.

“If we look at the trends for development in the world, then it’s best to have Russia as your ally. We’re a great power. Nobody likes competition. Competitors are kept at bay – but I think in the long run, we will win. Few expected that we would act so quickly, decisively, boldly. I have some very good anchors – those anchors are the interests of the Russian Federation and its people.”

amburg, Tehran, Beijing, Paris, Moscow; difficult, sometimes very difficult negotiations … Press conferences, flights – our crew have filmed the President on business trips for over a year … Working with various kinds of people; allies and opponents, politicians and diplomats; the interests of Russia, the interests of the world; principles and contradictions. Everything is as usual – handshakes, photos; 1-on-1 meetings, or in teams … Speaking with journalists.

What happens behind closed doors? What does it take to achieve each new step toward mutual understanding? When he has a chance, Putin answers our questions, explains the logic behind his decisions. Everything that has taken place over the past few years – the difficult search for agreement between different peoples, leaders, states.

“Vladimir Vladimirovich: Who makes Russian foreign policy? Is it you, or is there a team of people? Are there dominant figures, or are they inclined toward various forms of dialogue? How does it happen in the context of daily changing situations?

“You want me to reveal all the secrets?

“That would be very interesting!

“I think it would be wrong. It’s a sacred thing. But you described it as it is – there are different points of view in our teams; different approaches, different proposals. Shall we do it like this or like that? There are times when we are in full agreement – for example during the events in Crimea. But it happens differently more often – discussions, exchange of opinion, but in the end I have to make a final decision. It can’t be any other way…

“The burden of power!

“Well, burden or not, it’s a responsibility. Once a decision is taken, then everyone works to make it happen.”

On Mainstream Media Coverage of Nuclear War Risks and Nuclear Abolition

By Jan Oberg

TFF PressInfo # 421

June 30, 2017

ou’re probably an avid consumer of news and reports in one or more daily media – local, national or global. You want to be well-informed and say interesting things when you meet friends and colleagues.

And you certainly don’t want to find out that you’ve been taken for a ride by fake news, half-truths, bias or omissions by media that you trusted because you thought you could.

Now ask yourself whether you remember to have seen one or more of these essentially important initiatives and reports recently, all pertaining to nuclear weapons, the risk of nuclear war and advocacy of nuclear abolition:

1) That a large majority of UN members have drafted a treaty that shall declare nuclear weapons illegal, once and for all?
If not, go here and enlighten yourself on one of the most constructive and visionary initiatives in today’s otherwise gloomy world situation.

2) That a conference is taking place these very days about that goal and its process?
If not, go here.

3) That a scary new film shows why Americans should be very nervous about nuclear arsenals?
If not, go here.

4) That the Marshall Islands filed a lawsuit against all 9 nuclear weapons states for failing to comply with their international legal obligations?
If not, go here and see how the smallest actor of all took responsibility on behalf of 7 billion people.

5) That the Nuclear Crisis Group advocates – just a couple of days ago – that steps be taken urgently to de-escalate nuclear flash points such as NATO-Russia and North Korea?
It consists of predominantly former nuclear weapons commanders, ambassadors and scholars, mostly American.
If not, go herethis report has not been mentioned by one single mainstream/make-believe media!

6) That there is an open letter written to Trump and Putin, meeting in Hamburg soon, urging them to declare that a nuclear war can’t be won and must never be fought, and to cooperate on a series of other issues?
If not, go here – they are politicians, ministers and ambassadors from the US, Russia, Germany and England.

How many of these had you any knowledge about?

How prominently do you think they were featured if you saw them in the mainstream media – given their importance for the very survival of humankind?

If there were more than one or two you had never heard about, consider this:

They all involve NATO countries which possess the far majority of the world’s nuclear weapons. NATO is an alliance that is built on the right to use nuclear weapons.

There has never been a referendum about the desirability of nuclear weapons in any of the countries – also not those who call themselves democracies – that have acquired nuclear weapons. One must assume the reason to be that most normal citizens would not like to be “defended” by nuclear weapons.

It’s a tiny minority of countries, most of them NATO members who have nuclear arsenals. Many more countries have decided to never acquire nuclear weapons.

Let’s say that there are about 100 people in each of the nuclear countries who decide on whether or not to use nuclear weapons in a given situation – thus around 1000 people. It’s the largest concentration of power ever in human history – a God-like power to decide whether or not human beings worldwide shall continue to exist, or not.

In short, non-constituted, dictatorial and non-democratic. No one should be given the power to decide about the existence or destruction of 7 billion people. No political goal can justify it.

And finally ask yourself: Why do most of these so-called ‘leading’ media systematically ignore these issues today? Why is it that any sex scandal or details of the Cosby trial is more important? What should be our priorities?

Would it not be natural for them to provide public education and offer a fair hearing of the pros and contras of nuclear weapons and the whole mental and societal construction underlying these weapons – the nuclearism of our times?

Admittedly, I’ve got a nasty hunch: If citizens around the world were given free press balanced information instead of being kept in the dark, there would be a much stronger worldwide movement for the abolition of each and every nuclear device anywhere.

Further, thanks to humanity’s civilizational process these Evil weapons would be condemned and/or thrown on the heap of history as other evil constructs: slavery, cannibalism, absolute monarchy, dictatorships, child labour, pedophilia – and we would begin to question whether the exact same should not be done to non-nuclear weapons and wars too.

In the name of ethics, humanity, common sense and civilization. The US $ 100 billion which are spent annually on nuclear weapons systems alone could be allocated to alleviating human suffering.

Top editors of the ‘leading’ media look to what they believe would sell on the – shrinking – market. If they served humanity’s 7 billion instead of about 1000 masters of (nuclear) war they might well get more readers and sell more subscriptions and be seen by citizens as a force for the common good, not an integral part of MIMAC – the Military-Industrial-MEDIA-Academic Complex – that runs all these wars.

Yes, I know I’m just using the main argument of the Zeitgeist: the market and what will sell and yield a profit to shareholders.

If media people would think in terms of common sense, ethics and civil courage too and give us diverse, balanced and critical coverage of nuclear war risks, so much the better! Until then, bless the struggling independent truth-seeking media on the Internet!

Make-believe coverage of the feasibility or legitimacy of nuclear weapons and war as well as omissions of the nuclear facts of our daily lives contributes to increasing that very risk – the risk of the unthinkable: the end of humanity and the world as we know it.

Many others in the years since the first atomic bomb have shared Mr. Jan Oberg’s profound concerns over the potential use of nuclear weapons, and likewise called for their total abolition.

Humanity found the moral courage to create effective rules criminalizing biological and chemical weapons worldwide. Now is the time for humanity to rise with one voice and carry out determined collective actions powerful enough to accomplish the goal. Banish nuclear weapons from this Earth forever.
