earthblog3Alphabet Serena Shim died in a suspicious auto accident in Turkey, where she was covering events for PressTV and the warring between Kurds and ISIS in the Syrian city of Kobane. If any man or woman reading this has contacts with journalists in that region of Turkey near the border with Syria, or contacts who can travel to the area where Serena Shim died, please consider urging those contacts to travel there as soon as possible and investigate her tragic death.

Independent media reporting crews which have the means to travel to Turkey to investigate Serena Shim’s death are strongly encouraged to do so as soon as possible. In memory of Serena Shim, all efforts must become undertaken so that an army of independent journalists gets to that place in Turkey with a determined and focused mission of uncovering the truth.
