ISIS: The World Must Act.

“Do not be afraid of enemies; the worst they can do is kill you. Do not be afraid of friends; the worst they can do is betray you. Be afraid of the indifferent; they do not kill or betray. But only because of their silent agreement, betrayal and murder exist on Earth.”

– BRUNO YASIENSKI Russian novelist

cropped-world-map1.jpgAlphabet The situation in Syria and Iraq with ISIS has moved beyond the blame game and “our” or “their” geopolitical strategy. Right now humanity, especially the world’s leadership, is acting like people on the streets who walk by while one human being is beating the living shit out of another – literally a murder happening in front of them – and does nothing.

Except with ISIS – whoever the hell is supplying them – the world is sitting and watching a mass-murder occur, when a multi-national police/military force of 100,000 or 200,000, made up of 1,000 men from every nation on Earth, could be in the process of very rapid deployment to Iraq and Syria to take this group down.

A world which calls itself civilized would have moved on this group months ago, after hundreds of thousands of men, women, and children fled from their homes and cities, leaving behind those who suffered all manner of horrific deaths. What has occurred over the last months, carried out by this group, are crimes of the most heinous nature imaginable, and the world has yet to come together to stop it.

The leaders from every nation must think long and hard about what they would do if their neighbors became attacked in a manner similar to what ISIS has carried out in Iraq and Syria. Would any of these leaders ignore the situation as the attackers killed their neighbors then moved on from house to house and repeatedly attacked everyone in their neighborhood? Who the hell cares anymore who is to blame and responsible for the creation and rise of ISIS? A huge group of mass-murdering criminals is on a rampage and the world must act with all its power to end it.

Call the damn emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council and get this madness solved immediately, without any more of the oil. natural gas, financing terrorists, geopolitical strategy bullshit that ignores the pain that people are going through now on a massive scale. To those who are accountable for the crimes of ISIS by implementing its creation, now is the time to acknowledge what you have done, and act in the most honorable, moral, ethical way. Perhaps the people of the world will grant some leniency afterward, when they recognize that you have turned around and decided to make up for your errors and do the right thing.

To the leaders of every nation on Earth, this is a time of truth which must become acted upon as soon as humanly possible. The lives of your fellow human beings are being seriously threatened, and the world looks to you for leadership to do the right thing. This very dangerous situation is no longer about any kind of “us” against “them” concerns – humanity has moved beyond such trivial matters now – but what must necessarily be done to stop the harming of innocent people.

Urgent action is not only necessary from the elected leaders of every nation on Earth: citizens of the world in every nation and region must demand that their leaders’ act decisively, coordinating with their global colleagues, to stop ISIS immediately. People of the world must fiercely reject any suggestion that dealing with the Islamic State threat will take anywhere from three to thirty years, and fiercely demand an unprecedented, worldwide, coordinated police force become dispatched to Iraq and Syria and apprehend (through offering surrender or other means), arrest, interrogate, or – for those who choose not to surrender – the most extreme result.

ISIS must become stopped immediately, can become stopped immediately, and will become stopped immediately. When the human race – and every leader small to great – wakes up, comes to realize people are in urgent need of help, and powerfully commits to doing the right thing.

The world must act.

  1. As far as I can see, the banksters who control the US government have never been persuaded by moral arguments. And they have a long history of supporting mass murder and similar atrocities.

    1. Stuart,
A very complex and difficult challenge using the moral argument, for sure. You never know, though. Most people aren’t banksters, so maybe morality will win out. Morality must win out.
      Thanks,
