It is interesting to find ourselves here with thoughts on the possible creation of Heaven on Earth. Do we believe, do we know, that our thoughts create our reality? Is it an over-simplification to say that because we are considering Heaven on Earth, that the belief or knowing that it is possible, will result in an actual Heaven on Earth?

If we consider all the positive consequences that would come from humanity’s creation of Heaven on Earth would that reinforce the power of our thoughts? Is the act of creation that simple? The writer is putting the thoughts on paper. You the reader are reading the words and thoughts and are considering a possible Heaven on Earth. Would it not be wonderful if that is all it will take to produce a better world? We are creating Heaven on Earth by thinking about it with all the positive consequences.

So let us go further to looking at the consequences for humanity which will occur when humanity creates Heaven on Earth, and lives with the full awareness of unconditional love. The most important result will be elimination of harm. Human beings will no longer harm each other, animals, plants or any thing. Because humans now understand unconditional love, it will be impossible for wars to continue to exist. Differences which used to result in warfare would now be resolved with unconditional love.

Anger and hate are now impossible to continue as they do not express unconditional love. Greed is a thing of the past as accumulating material goods and money is not expressing unconditional love. Sharing between humans shall be seen as the highest expression of unconditional love. Starvation will be no more and the land of the Mother Earth will be seen as sacred for she is feeding all without exception.

Disease will diminish because all humans and all life and all things will be at ease. When everyone has love in their hearts spiritual, mental and physical health will improve dramatically. No longer will humanity produce poisons or resort to harmful habits for escape from depressing situations. The environment/Mother Earth is sacred. All of the creation is sacred.

There will be no more poverty and homelessness. All will see the sacred in everyone else and so not allow the suffering of even one. Joy and happiness will be found in every corner of the world as unconditional love shall manifest in reality. All will be thankful every moment for the blessings that come through the conscious creation of Heaven on Earth

“A man is truly ethical only when he obeys the compulsion to help all life he is able to assist, and shrinks from injuring anything that lives.”

Albert Schweitzer

What do you think? Is humanity ready for Heaven on Earth?

It seems like now is as good a time as any. The family of man is now totally ready to create a better world with good thoughts and love. Envisioning such a world has been expressed by many men and women through the ages. Perhaps this writing will offer a catalyst for the love chemical reaction to accelerate and consume the entire Earth. Perhaps after reading these words you will take actions, and connect with others in a way that ripples out to the ends of the Earth. Perhaps unconditional love shall be shared by every man, woman and child on the planet and Heaven on Earth will become a reality.

Imagine what a different experience you will have when you have your life review because of the actions you chose to take in the name of love. Think of all the consequences of total positivity you will be creating all down the line of consequences of your actions and thoughts on others. Artists speak of a “higher love” and the “highest love”.

Jesus said: “Greater love hath no man than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.”

Do not doubt your ability to create a better world. You change the world for the better when you smile and greet a complete stranger you may never see again in this lifetime.

There is a passage in A Course in Miracles: “The holy ones whom God has given each of you to save are everyone you meet or look upon, not knowing who they are; all those you saw an instant and forgot, and those you knew a long while since, and those you will yet meet, the unremembered and the not yet born.”

You are no less than all the men and women spiritual masters who have walked the Earth. What these men and women were trying to teach is that you have all the wisdom and knowledge inside of you. Unconditional love is present in every human being, every animal and every thing. Never underestimate the potential that is inside of you waiting for manifestation. Your potential is as unlimited as your thoughts. We pray for your health, happiness and joy. You are loved.

Jesus said: “Even the least among you can do all that I have done, and greater things.”

These words from Jesus say it all. Think deeply about what Jesus is saying here. What Jesus is revealing with these words are of greatest importance. These words point us all to an aspect of our existence that is world-changing in dimension. It is overwhelmingly moving to even come close to the true meaning of these words. We will make a humble attempt to discern the awesome power contained in this message from Jesus.

When one considers the life of Jesus and the immeasurable profound influence that his message has had on the human race, and then learn that he told us that: “Even the least among you can do all that I have done, and greater things”, one falls to their knees. What Jesus is saying is that we all have the potential to embrace and become unconditional love. He is revealing reality in such a way that unlimited possibility is offered. We are having some difficulty here attempting to describe with human language the proper images and feelings that correspond with the message of Jesus here.

Perhaps the images and feelings we experience upon hearing Jesus’ words are better off left indescribable. Perhaps words are insufficient to correctly convey the omnipotent power of their meaning. Perhaps it is enough for us to simply understand that we have been given words of ultimate truth. To fully articulate the meaning of these words would need such a tremendous effort that complexity would diminish their import.

The words of Jesus are so straightforward that sometimes we end up underestimating the wisdom contained.

“This is my commandment, that you love one another, even as I have loved you.”

This is another example of a seemingly simple statement by Jesus that, when considered deeply, is amazingly profound. Imagine what the world will be like when every man, woman and child understands and lives by this commandment to love one another. There are times when we must think again when we are searching for ultimate truth. It seems that there is a popular belief that in order for words to be considered truth that a high level of complexity must be included. If the complexity is not there, then the words are not credited with containing truth.

This is not necessarily the case as shown by the words of Jesus. We have just given you a few examples where the seemingly simple statements of Jesus contain the highest truth available in all written history.
So we find that there is everything to learn from even simple statements of truth. In our search for truth we can find it in places of simplicity, while most are elsewhere in over their heads with complexity.

“Come unto me, for easy is my yoke and my servitude is gentle, and you will find rest for your souls.”

This statement by Jesus shows us that the search for truth does not necessarily need to be difficult and exhausting. The search for truth is filled with love and joy while literally improving our spiritual, mental and physical health, as well as the health of those we interact with. So there are many positive aspects of gaining wisdom and knowledge. We no longer associate with those actions that undermine our health in any way. All of our decisions result in an increase of positive events and situations for both ourselves and others.

Does it not seem that in the year 2013 there is agreement that humanity has had enough of the actions that do not express love? There are historical problems that have seemingly gone on forever. As mentioned many fine men and women have tried to end these problems throughout history. Let us agree that there is no better time than now to put an end to these conditions, actions, and modes of thinking that have spiritual bankruptcy as a common denominator.

We have all the experts in various fields who are supposedly the ones who can deal with all of civilization’s problems. We hear and read them all the time in the media repeating what they have learned in all the prestigious universities. God bless every one of these people. Rarely does one of these experts mention that the solution to the problems of mankind is unconditional love as Jesus spoke of. One cannot argue with the assertion that if unconditional love was the basis of states problems would soon disappear.

“And one may say boldly that no man has a right perception of any truth who has not been reacted on by it so as to be ready to be its martyr.”

– Ralph Waldo Emerson

Perhaps it is time that unconditional love is incorporated as a basis of states. Perhaps it is time to set the world aright and understand that we are all brothers and sisters in the family of man. The time may have arrived to begin the end of humanity’s suffering and begin to love one another. Perhaps we are the ones we have waited for. Could it be that this generation of humanity is the one that creates a Heaven on Earth?

If not then the question has need of asking: “Why not?” Let us use the simple analogy of an athletic contest. You are on the team and thinking about how you are going to compete on the field. Now you must rely on your thinking about how to get your greatest performance. You know that what is important is to give it your all. You will try to give 110% effort. You have come to accept that if you give it your best effort, that if you “leave it all on the field”, you are a winner no matter what the final score is.

At this point you are aware that if all players from both teams “leave it all on the field”, everyone wins no matter what the final score is. Could not the effort to create a Heaven on Earth be looked at the same way? If all of humanity understands that if everyone “leaves it all on the field” when attempting to create Heaven on Earth, then everyone wins including future generations. The efforts will be a shining example of what humanity is capable of achieving when all understand the goal, and the effort needed to achieve it. Just as we look back at the greatest athletic events in history and become inspired, so future generations will look back at this generation’s successful efforts to create a better world and be greatly inspired.

It is time we realized that we are all on the same team. There is no “us and them”, there is only “us” here on Earth. We are the family of man.

  2. I loved your post – awesome what Jesus said about each one being capable of doing more even than him – the potential is there of course – it is said that there is such power in the brain that it can run New York’s electricity grid for days – we use a few % of that potential for our limited needs.

    1. Indrajit,
That quote seems, unfortunately, very underappreciated. Because of this people focus outside of themselves, instead of inside, where spiritual truth resides. It is almost like looking through the wrong end of a telescope. We have all done it. I guess it is all part of the process.
      Thank you,
      Jerry

  3. If we could visualize heaven in every detail – we would create it – as a philosopher said – the universe is there because you believe it is there – the moment your mind drifts away from it, it ceases to exist.

    1. Indrajit,
People cannot go to a store to purchase love. Love cannot be held in our hands like an apple, book or laptop computer. Love is invisible to the eyes, yet it is all that exists. As I said to a new friend, although the word love is not polysyllabic, it contains more wisdom and intelligence than is contained in all the libraries on Earth. As humanity feels and knows this, there will be Heaven on Earth.
      Thank you for your comments,
