Karen Hudes’ experiences at the World Bank while she was in the legal department there will just not go away. Instead, the information that she has compiled (she studied law at Yale Law School and Economics at Amsterdam University) about major league corruption at the institution has gone prime time. Russia Today decided her story was important enough to interview her for broadcast. Karen Hudes was an attorney at the World Bank-she was with the institution for some 20 years, until she got a little too truthful about the corruption she was seeing. There is reason to believe that telling the truth at the World Bank is somewhat risky with regard to continued employment there. She was eventually fired by the bank.
I have listened to a number of interviews of Karen Hudes and she seems nothing less than credible, rational and cogent. You would think that Russia Today (RT) had checked on Karen Hudes’ credentials, as any good news organization does, before deciding to air her short interview here. I don’t know much about RT but that its popularity has grown in recent months and years. Larry King, who had a large audience on CNN with his talk-show “Larry King Live” has a program on RT America.
The information that Karen Hudes is bringing forward has tremendous consequences for the human race. As she states in this interview, she is ignored and shunned by the mainstream media organizations in the United States because of an interlocking relationship between those organizations and the large, too-big-to-fail (TBTF) financial institutions, including the World Bank.
Now the question which must be asked, as Karen Hudes is bringing forward information of consequence for a large percentage of the human race, is there any mainstream media outfit, is there any man or woman in the United States government, who will address the tremendously significant problems and concerns that Karen Hudes is bringing forward?
